BIO-BASED NYLON FRAMES
Since 2019, all plastic parts of ARNETTE frames have been made using bio-based Nylon, an alternative material with a percentage of bio-based carbon content in a range between a minimum of 56%* to a maximum of 59%*, which represents the amount of raw material coming from renewable sources (castor oil) and replaces the fossil based one.

Bio-based nylon Lens
These lenses are set on all ARNETTE bio-based acetate frames and they are made of bio-based nylon featuring at least 41%* bio-based carbon content coming from renewable sources, such as castor oil.​ Bio-based lenses maintains the same features as traditional ones.
